To complement our Medical Assistance services, we have introduced Third Party Administration (TPA) Services, designed to allow insurance companies and corporations to offer further value-added services to their clients and staff.

The hassles and the demand of administrating outpatient claims has led Asia Assistance to the introduction of our new service.

Latest addition to our range of services, we bring you MediClinic. A service which is designed to cater to corporations. With MediClinic, we will administer all your employee's visitation to clinics. As part of our services, cost containment measures that includes reports will be provided. The convenience of using MediClinic will add value to the care of your employees.

Membership Card
A membership card will be provided to each member to facilitate to
participating clinics. The card to be provided will come enclosed with a guide on how to use the card as well as spelling out all terms and conditions.

24-Hours Alarm Centre
Our Alarm Centre is available 24 hours a day to assist in all enquiries.

Choice of Participating Clinics
At Asia Assistance, we offer a choice of participating clinics within Malaysia. For convenience purposes, adopting the corporate's panel of clinic is also allowed.

Reporting
Reports and statistics will be made available on a periodical or adhoc basis. These reports will give employers first hand information on their employee's utilization.
